Eligibility and permitted purchases

You must be at least 21 years old and located in the United States to purchase. Research compounds are available only for legitimate in-vitro or laboratory research by qualified researchers or organizations. They are not offered for personal use, human or animal administration, patient treatment, or other prohibited uses described in our Research Use Disclaimer.

If purchasing for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to purchase and accept these Terms on its behalf. You must provide accurate identity, contact and eligibility information. We may request supporting information, decline an order, or cancel an order that does not satisfy our requirements. Product-specific legal restrictions and manufacturer labeling continue to apply to manufactured supplies. A research-use acknowledgement does not replace any required license or authorization.

Orders and payment

Prices are in US dollars. The final order or invoice shows product charges, discounts, shipping, any selected Shipping Protection, and applicable tax before payment. An order request or automated acknowledgement is not an unconditional acceptance. We may decline or cancel for ineligibility, stock shortages, pricing errors, suspected fraud or legal restrictions. If we cannot accept an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order.

Checkout currently places an order request without taking payment. We confirm the request by email and send an invoice. Payment is due as stated on the invoice, and goods do not ship until the invoice is paid and any required order review is complete. Pay only through the method identified on the invoice. Do not email us card numbers or security codes. A material price correction will be presented for your agreement; we will not collect an increased amount without authorization.

Product information and documentation

Product pages describe the available product, size and form. Where a certificate of analysis or other lot document is provided, it reports findings for the specific sample and lot shown. Such a document does not establish safety for consumption, clinical effectiveness, regulatory approval or suitability for a particular experiment. Contact us before ordering if product identity, documentation or availability is unclear.

Any specific manufacturer warranty or product-specific statement is identified separately. Our website does not replace manufacturer labeling or required safety documentation. We may correct errors, but corrections do not remove remedies for an item that was materially misdescribed or supplied incorrectly.

Shipping, returns and remedies

Our Shipping Policy and Returns and Refund Policy form part of these Terms. Orders ship to US addresses only. Orders ship on business days after payment and any order review are complete. Published transit windows are carrier estimates unless a particular service expressly states otherwise. If we cannot ship within a promised time, we will provide the required delay notice and cancellation/refund option.

Unopened items in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery under our Returns and Refund Policy. Opened or used research materials cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item. Damaged, incorrect or missing items within a delivered order reported within 30 days of delivery qualify for replacement, regardless of Shipping Protection. Optional Shipping Protection provides the additional loss and theft remedies described in those policies. If a covered replacement is unavailable, we will provide a refund as described in the Returns and Refund Policy. No provision limits remedies required by applicable law.

Discounts and policy interpretation

Unless a promotion says otherwise, one discount code may be used per order. Codes have no cash value. Eligibility, exclusions and expiry are stated with the offer. Changes to a promotion apply to future orders and do not retroactively increase an accepted order price. Refunds reflect the amount actually paid for the affected goods after allocated discounts.

The specific Shipping Policy and Returns and Refund Policy control delivery and remedy details if these Terms conflict with them. A signed, order-specific agreement controls only the subjects it expressly changes. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Accounts and prohibited conduct

Keep sign-in links and account access secure. Do not misstate research eligibility, provide false documents, circumvent restrictions, interfere with the website, misuse another person's information or use the service unlawfully. We may restrict access or cancel affected orders for these reasons. Cancellation of a paid order will be handled under our refund policy; it does not automatically forfeit your payment.

Website content and responsibility

Our original website content, branding and imagery are owned by Peptico or used with permission. You may retain product documents for legitimate purchasing and research records. Other reproduction or commercial use requires permission unless allowed by law.

Buyers are responsible for lawful storage, safe laboratory handling and disposal. To the extent allowed by law, we do not warrant that a research compound will produce a particular experimental result and are not responsible for losses caused by misuse or improper handling after delivery. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from fraud or other nonwaivable obligations.

Updates and governing law

Updated Terms apply prospectively from the stated effective date. The version accepted for an order governs that order unless applicable law requires otherwise or you agree to a change. These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, subject to any mandatory law that applies. No provision removes rights that cannot be waived.
