This notice applies to research compounds offered by Peptico. It also describes the limits of our research information. Manufactured supplies remain subject to their own labeling, classification and applicable sales restrictions.
Permitted research use
Research compounds are supplied exclusively for legitimate in-vitro or laboratory research by qualified personnel. They are not offered for human or animal consumption or administration, patient treatment, diagnosis, or personal experimentation. They must not be injected, ingested, inhaled or applied to a person or animal.
Do not purchase if your intended use falls outside these restrictions. A research-use label or acknowledgement does not authorize an otherwise unlawful purchase, sale, distribution or use.
Buyer qualifications
You must be at least 21 years old, purchase for legitimate scientific research, and ensure that trained personnel handle the materials in an appropriate laboratory setting. You must provide accurate information about yourself, your organization where applicable, and the intended use if requested.
We may request evidence of research qualifications and may decline or cancel an order that does not satisfy our eligibility or legal requirements. The existence of an account or acceptance of an acknowledgement is not proof that every purchase or use is permitted.
Regulatory status and documentation
Our research compounds are not offered as FDA-approved medicines, dietary supplements, cosmetics or diagnostic products. No statement on this site represents that a research compound is safe or effective for human or animal use. The regulatory status of a manufactured supply is determined by the actual product and applicable law; this notice does not alter manufacturer labeling or prescription restrictions.
Where a certificate of analysis or other lot document is provided, it identifies results for the sample and lot specified only. It does not establish clinical safety, effectiveness, sterility unless specifically tested and reported, or regulatory approval. Buyers should review product identity, any lot documentation and relevant safety information before ordering.
Information and handling
Product descriptions and scientific references provide laboratory context. We do not provide medical advice, personal dosing, administration instructions or treatment recommendations. Customer support cannot help plan human or animal use.
Buyers are responsible for suitable facilities, trained handling, appropriate protective equipment, storage under product-specific conditions and lawful disposal. Read the applicable Safety Data Sheet (SDS), where available or required, and product-specific handling information before use. Contact support before ordering if you need an SDS or cannot locate safety information. Do not purchase material you are not equipped to handle safely.
Restrictions and remedies
Research compounds must not be resold or supplied as medicines, supplements, consumables or for other nonresearch uses. A purchase does not grant a license under third-party patents or authorize a use restricted by intellectual property or other applicable law. You must not misrepresent product identity, intended use or your qualifications. We may restrict access or cancel orders in response to suspected misuse, subject to applicable law and our refund policy.
This notice does not remove remedies for damaged, incorrect or materially misdescribed goods, or rights that cannot be waived. Questions about these restrictions should be directed to us before ordering.
